The regulatory framework can be assessed with the help of several processes such as regulatory administration, behavioral compliance and outcome performance (Gerston 2014). The efficiency of the regulatory process is done along with evaluation of the behavior towards important government policies. The outcome performance analysis is concerned with the effectiveness of the output process regarding the government matters (Gerston 2014).
